What happens when the champion of plus-size women, Lizzo, faces accusations of harassment from former dancers? We bring to light the intricacies of these allegations and the effect they have on her image. In the same vein, we pull apart the cultural sensitivities surrounding Jamie Foxx's recent apology to the Jewish community. We also dissect Jennifer Aniston's reaction and the implications of her white perspective speaking into black business.
Furthermore, we examine the emotional turmoil that can stem from breakups and the reckless actions they can provoke. Have you ever pondered how revenge can overshadow better judgment in such scenarios? We share one woman's peculiar act of kidnapping herself just to get back at an ex-boyfriend. As we shift gears, we delve into Ashley's shocking hyponatremia story, and squeeze in some celebrity gossip for good measure. We also analyze the dynamics of relationships, from communication to traditional gender roles, and how they influence our lives.

My beard does not connect, but bitch, I know somebody who likes it and I'm sending across from the lovely, the beautiful, the talented, benita Sunshine, and this week we have a great week for you. Once again, and as soon as the show goes. How are you this week, benita? It's a lot of BS going on, so how are you? Are you ready to get to it?
Speaker 4I'm good. How are you doing?
Speaker 2Fantastic, you know same old same.
Speaker 4Very good.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 4Very good, that's what's up.
Speaker 2But it doesn't seem fantastic for your girl who the Lizelites?
Speaker 4Is that what they call them I?
Speaker 2don't know, I just made that up, that's clever, that was a good one?
Speaker 4No, it doesn't. You know, last week some some nasty allegations came out about her, so include of all things, fat shaming. Imagine that.
Speaker 2She was fat shaming, or?
Speaker 4Yeah, they said one complaint came out, basically said that she has said to one of the dancers she has spoken on their weight. Basically, like you know, you can't be too heavy. Allegedly all of this is allegedly, you know, which was very mind boggling considering, like the, the whole message that she has shared, since she's been out about body positivity and this is my body, take it or leave it. So I don't know. It's very interesting, to say the least.
Speaker 2Do you think she did it?
Speaker 4I don't know if I think she did all the accusations, but I think I wouldn't be surprised. It's I wouldn't be surprised if some of that stuff is true. For sure, let's see.
Speaker 2Lizzo accusations.
Speaker 4Yeah, so it's three former three former dancers that are accusing her of sexual harassment, actually Including claims that she created a hostile work environment and engaged in sexual harassment. She, of course, has denied these allegations, which has raised questions both about her treatment of employees as well as the reality of the image she cultivated as a champion of plus as women and women of color. There are also alleged misconduct by her production company, big girl, big touring ink, and her dance team captain, charlene quickly, among the claims included in the suit is that Lizzo pressure dancers into unwanted sexual situations, made statements that were perceived as thinly veiled comments about a dancer's weight gain, and put people through grueling rehearsals that led to one dancer's soiling herself.
Speaker 2So she dancers shared on herself.
Speaker 4Yeah, of course, lizzo came out and claimed that the allegations are unbelievable as they sound and too outrageous to not be addressed. She also hired Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer was previously worked with Kim Kardashian and Chris Brown to represent her in this case. So, yeah, it will be interesting to see what happens with this. You know, there's the allegations of the dancers. I also saw someone come out that was supposed to do some kind of documentary collaboration with her a documentary, I guess, on Lizzo's life. That actually backed out of it because of how she was treated by Lizzo. So it's definitely going to be interesting. I can say I didn't see that one coming, though, like what Lizzo would really not.
Speaker 2Lizzo is pretty aggressive. Yes, she's highly aggressive. I don't want them to come kill me, because you know black women and aggressiveness, but Lizzo just seems like a woman with ego. Her ego matches her waist size, so I'm reading up a bunch of quotes from the day answers ex dancers.
Speaker 2One says I know what it feels like to be body shamed on a daily basis and would absolutely never criticize or terminate or that's Lizzo or terminate an employee because of their weight. They actually made it appearance on Good Morning America and they said for many women, for the many women that have because it's mainly women that have come forward and said they felt shame or have shared their stories with us because they don't want to publicly, want to publicly share it, yet it completely kind of invalidates all of our experience and our trauma and our pain. So these women are of plus size genre of women. So there was this is interesting, given that Lizzo is a big, a big woman on the bigger side and I've heard on Twitter, read on Twitter that you know she was forcing them to touch strippers and making them eat bananas out of vaginas.
Speaker 2And you know, these things are very interesting. It's very freaky. That's some next level freaky stuff, Like I. It's kind of like a voyeur Voyeurs, but it's just very aggressive, Like it's just and you know they dragged, not they dragged.
Speaker 4they dug up an old interview where she spoke on the banana.
Speaker 2So what's she saying?
Speaker 4She basically said that's what she wanted to do.
Speaker 2Make them eat bananas out of it.
Speaker 4She was talking about herself, but yeah, she basically Someone found a clip. You know like users always do, like let something happen, they get to dig in and they find stuff. And yeah, it was. It was a clip that was associated with that same scenario.
Speaker 2Oh, let me see Lizzo.
Speaker 4Lizzo, this is something we have to.
Speaker 2Let me see if I can find this.
Speaker 4It's from.
Speaker 2It's a ledge that she was inviting her dancers ex-dancers to touch new performers, which I don't find weird. That's what you kind of do at strip clubs, but then catching, catching Dildos launched from the performers, new performers, vaginas eating bananas from the From the vaginas. The dancers also alleged that Lizzo shamed them about their weight da-da-da-da-da, so.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2It's. I'm trying to find the old clip because Banana Kuchi is hilarious. I don't know if that's even healthy. Like should women be putting?
Speaker 4Probably not.
Speaker 2No, no, bananas Probably not. Oh, okay, because I've seen women shoot darts out of their vagina and that's impressive.
Speaker 4Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2Very impressive. I've seen them smoke cigarettes out of their vaginas. So I don't think a banana is too bad. I don't think that's up there, Like I really don't think that's as bad as putting. I mean, bananas are kind of healthy. It's full of potassium.
Speaker 4I'm thinking they got potassium yeah.
Speaker 2You know, I don't think it's bad. Let's see, let's go.
Speaker 1But I'm trying to go to the show. You eat the banana out, the which one is that it's a banana bar.
Speaker 4What's up with the banana bar? Yeah, you're wearing the banana bar.
Speaker 1And then you have the banana in the koochie and ping pong balls and you have to go.
Speaker 3Yes, that's what I wanted to do.
Speaker 2Then you have to eat it I need my pa-. Yeah, I've seen that.
Speaker 4See man, if you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2I've seen that before they shoot the ping pong balls, they shoot I mean, shit's impressive, but I don't know, to force your coworkers Cause ultimately that's what it is To force your coworkers to partake in said activity Is wild, is wild. And I've also heard that there were like stipulations tied to that, like you won't get you won't be able to go on Go to Hawaii, you won't be able to, you know, get your vacation and PTO days, and it's a bunch of random shit that I believe I wouldn't put it past, or I wouldn't I'm not gonna say I believe it, but I wouldn't put it past Lizzo. Lizzo is a big deal In all forms of that phrase. So I just I mean, I'm excited about that. I would love to go back and see the ping pong show. That shit was so lit Cause I hardly remember it. I was like drunk.
Speaker 4Okay.
Speaker 2So I mean, I know what happened there, but to To being that inebriated and seeing darts and fire and fucking shit being shot, I didn't know the vagina was that powerful. It's powerful.
Speaker 4Right.
Controversial Statements and Cultural Sensitivities
Speaker 2It's a weapon. That shit is amazing. You know how strong your vagina has to be. The muscles just to To pull on the cigarette Like and it doesn't have lungs. That's the fucking part. That's the fucking part.
Speaker 4Yeah, that's some talent right there.
Speaker 2Blowing out hookah smoke. That's fucking nuts to me. Some things in this world, man, you just gotta love life. That shit is amazing. It's amazing Keeping it on. You know, little black celebrities, a good guy, jamie Foxx yes, he has been pulled into some controversy. It seems like un Binoans or un Not purposely. So We've all had these conversations where we say certain things that I don't want to say, we don't mean. But it's like you go through something traumatic you lose a loved one, you get fired, something happens and you're like you know what fake friends, this fake friend's that and I don't really fuck with people, da-da-da-da-da. I love to use Jesus as our Kind of go-to, you know, and I use it a lot. I'm like you know, people believed fucking Hitler there. Hitler had followers and Jesus only had 12 or 13 of them. So it's one of those things. But Jamie Foxx has, you know, Got into some hot water With one of the great whites In Hollywood.
Speaker 4Why you just resurfaced and now you back. Now you in conspire.
Speaker 2So Jamie Foxx States that On an Instagram post In his story they killed Jesus. This dude Named Jesus. What do you think they'll do to you? Hashtag fake friends, hashtag fake love.
Speaker 2And Jennifer Aniston, one of the great whites In American politics and we're not politics Hollywood Took it upon herself To dip her nose in black business Once again and uh, said this is this really makes me sick. I did not Quote like this post on purpose or by accident and, more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this Showing up on their feeds I do not support any form Of anti-Semitism and I truly don't tolerate hate Of any kind, period. Now, if that doesn't sound like a Karen, I don't know what it is. Outside of Jennifer Aniston being a Karen in this situation, outside of the fake outrage, outside of all of that, what pissed me off the most Is how much we, as black people, always have to apologize, always have to come to the the beck and call of I'm sorry, but yet and still, we Almost never get apologies. It's just kind of like you guys say the n-word, so it's fine, you guys shouldn't have ran, you guys shouldn't have did Like. We never get an apology Ever.
Speaker 2But Jamie Foxx stated I want to apologize to the Jewish community and everyone who was offended by my post. I know. I now know my choice of words have caused offense and I'm sorry. That was never my intent. To clarify, I was betrayed by a fake friend and that's what I meant by quote they, not anything more. I only have love in my heart for everyone and I love and support the Jewish community. My deepest condolences to any. Apologies to anyone who was offended. Nothing but love, always, jamie Foxx. So the anti-Semitism? For those who don't know, the Jews have been blamed For killing Jesus Christ, not the Romans, the Jews.
Speaker 4I was wondering. I'm glad you clarified Because I was sitting trying to figure out why they offended.
Speaker 2But okay, it's the Jews. They've been blamed for that. It's a thing. The they is the part that it's kind of like a common phrase. They kill Jesus, which is, to them, a reference to Jewish.
Speaker 4Okay so.
Speaker 2Again, if we're going to run around in those circles, we use they a lot as well. So it has to come to a point in time where it's just like you know what there is cultural differences. So stay the fuck out of ours, you know? Because, like you said, why would Jamie Foxx just Come out of a health scare and then just all of a sudden, oh yeah, you know, the Jews. The Jews, they're terrible. Jews are bad.
Speaker 4It's weird, I think it just goes back to a time when we live in now, where you can't say anything Because everything is deemed offensive. Yeah, and it's so mind blowing, like how we got here Like you can't say nothing, don't say anything. Now I'm offended. I'm offended by everything there. It's really not that mind blowing.
Speaker 2I kind of get it. I think it all started when you couldn't say anything about People's religion. Then it spread out to People's To mental disability, then it branched out into sexuality and now it's just branching out to everything. It's just a cancer. It just keeps going. There's no stopping. It's like now you can't. You can't say the word retard, because it's offensive. You can't say anything like they, the word they and Jesus in the same sentence, apparently, because now it's anti-Semitic. Like at what point? How about?
Speaker 4people. Stop trying to Interpreate what the person is saying. Don't try to tell me what I was saying. You know what I'm saying. Like for him, he, we know he was not talking about the Jews.
Speaker 2I mean, we know that, right, but the whites don't. And that's the crazy part, the whites, they still have them in unicorn tears, man, that's it. If I cry wolf, you're gonna come and Pretty much get lynched. You will be lynched, digitally lynched, crucified, whatever you want to call it. I'm just, I'm over this, I'm over all of this. Like you can't say shit anymore and everything is just so damn offensive To everybody.
Speaker 4It's funny you say that, because this weekend I was playing, like you know, old hip-hop songs, just different songs, and I was telling Jerome, I was like the stuff that Rappers said in music back then, oh my gosh, if they were to say that stuff now Totally would be canceled, like totally canceled, and it just I don't know. I was just like wow.
Speaker 2Like what, like what? What would you Cause? I think today is it doesn't do anything To yes, to year.
Speaker 4Somebody I was listed to. They used the F word, not the cuss word, but the F word. Oh, that's, I'm talking about stuff like that, like that's not. You don't hear them say that kind of stuff I haven't.
Speaker 2No, no, no. They don't say none of that stuff. But why people saying the N word Is? I don't know, is it? I don't see. I get offensive, I do. I get what's offensive. I'm not oblivious to that.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 2It's just something about when white people say Nigger Is just, it just don't sit Like that's the end, all to be all, and I just don't see how I don't. No, no, it'll never sit right with me. It's like All the shit we did for this country, all the blood, all the blood shed, the fact that we didn't even want to be here, we were brought here against our will, mm-hmm. And now you want the F word or I'm only not saying it because People are really offended by that but now you want these things to be. You know the word.
Speaker 2The word faggot is I don't see it. I don't see it because I can say nigger, but I can't say faggot. That speaks to how fucked up in cross-wired America is. It really is. It's just like Ah, no, don't call me that or don't even say it, mm-hmm. But yet, and still, y'all can say it, y'all can say nigger. It just never sits right with me. I don't, I'm not. The rappers today can say anything they fucking want, just like rappers of yesteryear, and that shit will fly. It's just weird, like the shit. That's really offensive, doesn't get any airplay, it doesn't get any airtime and but because it's white people, I think White people rule and run media. That's it. That's it, that's all.
Speaker 4That's it, that's all.
Speaker 2It's fucking weird to me, man, and I mean that's partially why I kind of like got into podcasting so we can Say whatever the fuck we wanted to say Without fear of retribution. Like I'm not, I don't play, I don't want to play those games, I just that's just weird to me, fucking weird. Mm-hmm Like Eminem can talk about killing his mom and Yep. Premeditated murder and that shit sells records. But the second you say something that's close to anti-Semitic. You blackballed Like what.
Speaker 4Right, right Right.
Speaker 3What, what do I know?
Speaker 2Yeah, how that plays out. I'm gonna talk about my Jesus.
Speaker 4Speaking of crying wolf, a Georgia teenager is now about to learn about crying wolf. So there was a 17 year old girl who Texted her friend Saying that she had been shot and she couldn't call for help. So she was like I'm gonna call her. And she couldn't call for help. So her friend, thinking that this really happened, called 911, tried to get her some help, to only find out that the team was choking the whole time.
Speaker 2Mm-hmm.
Speaker 4So now she is facing Multiple charges For these allegations.
Speaker 2Right Feliso.
Speaker 4And it, you know it started sparking. I was reading comments about it and it started sparking. You know people were questioning how we see the Karens that make these calls On black people for things that they're not doing and not facing charges. So that started a whole debate in the comment thread.
Speaker 2Oh, so they see that just That'd be my problem. That'd be my problem. Black people want See. There's a difference between equality and and just being treated.
Speaker 3Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2Just with common decency, just the same brush across the board. It's I don't want the same as you, I don't want to be equal as you, I don't want the same treatment. Just be the same across the board. So these Karens can call and do this shit. Then why is Carol, carol, leo, whatever that chick? You know she shouldn't be charged, yeah, but I think this all stems from Jesse Smollett and this is all his doing. These are all his kids. They're very excited to just get attention and we've talked about this like attention is a drug nowadays.
Speaker 2Like everybody just wants to be seen Like the what's? The girl named Carly?
Speaker 4Carly Russell.
Speaker 2Yeah, carly Russell, her boyfriend, is like hosting stuff now. So it's all for a look, it's all for attention, it's all to get money, it's all of these things it doesn't matter. Like if you are failing at life, you get some type of publicity, boom, you good to go, you can host now. You can get hosting gigs, your podcast can jump up to the top of the top and it's just like okay, but you're not really talented, you're not really putting in work, you're not really about their life.
Speaker 4Right. So he spoke out her boyfriend, you know it was let's help find her. Then we found out she was lying and it was FDB. I'm done with her. Now it's I'm hosting at the club. Come see me. Then it was. The last thing I saw was well, I'm not hosting now because, you know, lawyers don't think it's a good idea, but I am still gonna be there. And it's just like what, like you have gone through all these different emotions. Now you're a figure, now you're a public figure and you're hosting at the club. Sir, please, you gotta love it, man.
Speaker 2Please. You gotta love it. That's just so interesting to me. Like I don't know, I don't, I just don't have it in me. I can't do no bullshit like that, like I'm not built like that man. It's, if it's gonna be, it's gonna be. If it ain't, it ain't, then you know, so be it.
Speaker 4Yeah, it's like, did she not think this through about all of the backlash Of?
Speaker 2course not.
Speaker 4Because she would get. Once we found out it was a hoax like come on now.
Speaker 2There was. That's the thing. She never thought it would get that far. Like why would I? Why would y'all think it's a hoax? I'm black, believe black women. Like that's the thing.
Speaker 4I just can't, I just it's exhausting. If she's facing what misdemeanor charges? I think I read.
Speaker 2It's truly exhausting If she's lost her job.
Speaker 4This brought about, you know, negative publicity to her, the spot she was working at.
Speaker 2It only makes sense. I mean, you've brought this onto yourself. Nobody asked for this, nobody told you to do this. Nothing was going on in your I mean, maybe her life was in shambles and it was terrible, but there are other ways. You gotta get it. You gotta get it another way. Like I don't. I don't see the end game in this, but it was.
Speaker 2It wasn't about money, it was actually to get him back, to get her ex-boyfriend back. Yeah, that's what it was all about, because he had broke up with her, he, she had caught him cheating with a stripper and she he had broke up with her and she wanted him back. So what way? What dramatic way. It's kind of it's similar to like you know when, when dudes, when you break up with dudes, and they were like I'm gonna kill myself Take, take, deal. So she it was the female version of that and it completely backfired Like this shit blew the fuck up, it's all. I mean. Hell, we're talking about it. So it's just like yo, like, come on now, you know, you doing like we. I don't even know who this chick is Like and she's a pretty girl.
Speaker 4The story in this self-style in there, while, like you saw a toddler on interstate on Saturday road on interstate.
Speaker 2Believe black women.
Speaker 4With a shirt and a pamper.
Speaker 2Believe black women.
Speaker 4With a shirt and a pamper, my baby being a shirt and a pamper.
Speaker 2Gotta believe black women Got you Cause. If you don't, then you your. Your mom is fat and you, you hate black women.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 2You gotta believe black women. As a black man, you cannot say she's lying. You cannot Cause. If you do, you're gay, your mom's fat and what else. You hate black women, that's it.
Speaker 4Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2So it's, it's, it's a lose lose for us.
Speaker 4So yeah, y'all need to get your girlfriend.
Speaker 2Get your girl Pull on in, talk to her now, get her hair right. She out here, tripping Cause, it's all it was all. What tripped me out was it was all to get him back, it was all an effort to get her ex back. I have never wanted an ex back that bad Like I've. First of all, I've never wanted an ex back. Second, I've never wanted one back that bad. And third, what the fuck Like, why not just go to his best friend or something like that? Like what's the- His mama something.
Speaker 2What happened to the normalcy? Like, what did you? Can't just be like, uh miss you, you know just sending messages and shit. Like now you got a fake again, that's it.
Speaker 4Like I'm a really good His attention, like they got me and I was still not to know because we still haven't found out where the hell she was for those two days. Where did you go? Like where you just in the woods, like where did you go?
Speaker 2Just camping.
Speaker 4You had money in your sock. You got snacks from Target. Like look, I really gotta make this believable, let me take my wig off and throw you, got it.
Speaker 2You got to sell it, you got to commit to the lie.
Speaker 4Bless her heart. Bless her heart. You got to.
Speaker 2Because if you don't, then it's not, but it doesn't get to this level If you don't commit to the lie.
Speaker 4This is true.
Speaker 2It doesn't get to the. This is some like BET plus type shit Like this shit is fucking lit, but it's. It's terrible, like at the same time, because it's a waste of police resources, taxpayer money, dah dah, dah, dah dah, but it's funny, thank you.
Speaker 4Hmm, I'm sorry.
Speaker 2But it's funny like how it's always a waste of taxpayer money when it comes to black people. It's always a waste of taxpayer money.
Speaker 4Right, fuck Do you think do you subscribe to cause? You know how they were. People were joking and then there were people that were trying to blame it on mental health. With that situation, do you subscribe to that mental health argument for her?
Speaker 2Oh, see, that part, I don't, I don't know I because it's tricky, because it could be mental health, but then it's probably not, because you actually premeditated, but also premeditated murder, premeditated anything. You can still have a few screws loose. So I can't, really I can't call it with her Like I don't, I don't know the chick, so you know, I can't be like oh yeah, it's mental health, she, she looks and that's what I saw a lot of people doing out here licking her elbows.
Speaker 4Y'all, y'all are making jokes and think about her mental health that would lead her to even do this and I was like that's a cop out, see.
Speaker 2See, here's the thing. I I really believe that, like people cannot compartmentalize their emotions, their feelings, especially going through a breakup, I really feel like people let their feelings overtake them, overwhelm them, and then they act out of pure emotion, an act of passion or whatever you want to call it, instead of thinking that shit through. Like, I'm not for none of that, because it's so temporary. Emotions are so temporary.
Speaker 2You be mad as hell in that moment. But then, a week from now, whether it's the five day rule, five minutes, five hours, five days, if it still makes you upset after five days or five months, then you're really mad. But if after five minutes, five seconds, whatever, it's not that serious and it's really not nothing that we ever go through is really that serious, like you be mad in that moment. You really be mad in that moment, and I'm never taking that away from anybody. But whatever, whatever it is, it could be your friend did something fucked up to you, it could be your job pissing you off. If it doesn't, if it still lingers in your head after five seconds, five minutes, five hours, five days, five weeks, then you're justified in it. But if after that, you you something's wrong with?
Speaker 4you, you weren't yeah.
Speaker 2Something is wrong, like something is broken. You need some help, some milk. Like like yo relax bro, like shit is not that serious. But you know, for her I guess she felt it was that serious, like she felt like she wanted her man back and Just so crazy to be the most I ever got back. It's like that would be such like a boost to my ego If a woman did that. I'm like damn, this big bomb is fucked Like.
Speaker 4She went to sleep, to sleep she.
Speaker 2I hear kidnapping herself like God damn Big bomb boy. The most I ever got was a fucking. What is that Edible arrangement? I was just like I don't get this shit up out of you, man. I mean cantaloupe. My dick were cantaloupe Like get the fuck.
Speaker 4And a work were chocolate cover About half fuck.
Speaker 2No, man, she was offensive. Like this shit up out of here, man. Fucking cantaloupe. Get this shit out of here, man, did you get it? Yeah, I got that. Man. Get this shit up out my face. No, I don't want you back the fuck Fuckin' strawberries out my face. Candy cotton, candy grapes Fuck these grapes. Nigga the fuck. You up here breaking my heart, can I pull?
Speaker 4it off the little shit Gonna break my heart and send me an edible ring.
Speaker 2Man, I'm finna karate ring. Tornado, kick this shit up, I'm gonna get it. Tornado, kick this shit up out of here, no fuck. And then the thing they want to get all sentimental after the fact Now. They remember the stuff that you told them. I remember when we were sent down and we had that heart to heart and this conversation and you told me all your deep is in darkness.
Speaker 2Like this is not the fucking time. Like you have hurt me. I don't want to hear about shit, about how I used to tell you and supported you and pushed you towards your dreams. Fuck you in the edible arrangements. Fucking bullshit, bro. Nobody got time for that shit. Another one of my exes sent me fucking. I've been talking about lowering springs to drop my Mustang to lower it and like a couple inches and we broke up around like November, november. So for Christmas, this motherfucker sends me the springs and I said, motherfucker, we have been together for five fucking years and now you send them to.
Speaker 4Wait, wait. Maybe she had already bought them before y'all broke up, boy. Maybe she did her Christmas shopping early.
Speaker 2I would love for an ex to just kidnap herself. That would be fucking. I would take you back after like that was lit. I've had an ex. Actually. We broke up and we always break up around Christmas time. It's always around that time. Well, just before Christmas, and you probably right, these people probably did their Christmas shopping early.
Speaker 4They just went a little far away after.
Speaker 2But LeBron James, this was one of them. Lebron James was playing for the Heat and LeBron James was coming to DC to play the Wizards at that time and she had got me tickets to go see the LeBron James play because the Heat has always been my team.
Speaker 4Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2Think I didn't go, fucking went. I don't give a shit. Nigga Bought these fucking tickets. I'm going to see LeBron James and I want a beer. I want three beers, I want two hot dogs and I want some nachos, and you paying for it all Because I'm not playing these fucking reindeer games.
Speaker 4Niggas know. Wait, did you put the springs on your car?
Speaker 2No, I'm not putting. I'm scared the shit going to fall apart. That's the point, because it's a bad juju. Yeah, it's a bad juju. I will go buy springs for my car.
Speaker 4I'm not doing that shit, you have a dead road in your car, looking like it's got hydraulic.
Speaker 2Yeah, I'm not doing none of that shit. So I seen LeBron James play, I got lower ring springs and I had an edible arrangement. It just progressively gets worse. I just need like, if I ever break up with a lady on the couch over anything, I need her to kidnap herself.
Speaker 4Don't say you never.
Speaker 2Just have me out here looking for you. Where's my girl?
Speaker 4Where's my girl?
Speaker 2I need to find her. That was my heart, she was everything.
Speaker 4Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2That shit is crazy to me, Like I get the bullshit or the bullshit and I always end up getting with the girl that is not going to deal with that shit. No more. It's always the I fix myself so the next nigga won't fuck with me. So whenever I get with them, it's always the first time I mess up and they don't even be.
Speaker 2That's serious, it don't be that serious I be like yo. Just because this, just because you took the nigga back after the 50, 11 time of him cheating, does not mean that just because I didn't answer my phone, because I was sleep, legit Now I'm cheating. You are not playing or going along with this, oh my God.
Speaker 4Not playing these games, whoa. You said that like how did we, how did we get here?
Speaker 2Yeah, why are we here?
Speaker 4I just fell asleep.
Speaker 2Legit. I work, legitimately work.
Speaker 4I get up early.
Speaker 2I sent your kid off to school, like what the fuck are you talking about? You were asleep.
Speaker 4I'm going to tell you after, like every, every week, I learned and realized that females are crazy, not as much as most of us don't want to admit it. Our species, we are that shit crazy.
Speaker 2And this, that's the thing that be killing me. So, like in my younger days, I would go out and I would meet women at the club and they would be like I'm such a homebody, you know, yada, yada, yada. And I'm like, but you're at the fucking club, Like what do you do?
Speaker 4Let me just tell you that I had that situation come up recently. Someone said oh yeah, you know I could do this, this work, because I'm a homebody. I'm always at home. I don't mind. I look at your freaking Instagram. You're out every daggle weekend, sometimes during the week. What are you celebrating what? You're a homebody, when you're mad, homebody day or they be believing that shit.
Speaker 2They believe it. I'm such a homebody. Every other weekend you out Cosmigos all day. Turn up, henny, anything is possible. What about your kidneys and your liver?
Speaker 4Speaking of kidneys and liver, not to get too serious. Did you see the story of the mom who was? I think she was on a vacation and she felt like she was dehydrated, so she bucked four bottles of water within 20 minutes and died.
Speaker 2No what.
Speaker 4Yeah, let me see if I can find a story.
Speaker 2It's not funny, but what the fuck?
Hyponatremia and Celebrity Gossip
Speaker 4Shut up Brick, why You're laughing.
Speaker 2And these are like anomalies, like it's crazy, right?
Speaker 4They said she suffered from literally death by drinking water. Let me open up the story for you and tell you exactly what happened. So let's see, husband was left fighting to save his wife's life after she drank four bottles of water in 20 minutes. Her name was Ashley Summers, aged 35, having enjoyed a lakeside holiday in Indiana when she began to complain of feeling thirsty. The mom of two then. During four 500 milliliter bottles of water within the space of just 20 minutes, she had complained of feeling lightheaded and dizzy as well as very thirsty. However, after she drank the water, she collapsed in the garage. Upon returning home, her husband started carrying out CPR on her. After she collapsed. She then was rushed to the hospital.
Speaker 4Her uncle is quoted as saying it was really hot and they were out on the water. She had a headache and felt really thirsty. She thought she must be have been dehydrated. So she drank like four bottle of waters and half an hour.
Speaker 4Ashley's brother said he believes she had drunk about 64 ounces, or a little under two liters, of water in 20 minutes. He said she felt like she just couldn't get enough water when they left the sandbar to. When they got to the dock it was about a 20 minute boat ride. She drank four bottles of water in that 20 minutes and they said you know, her brain has swelled enough that it shut all circulation off to her brain. She ended up being brain dead. So yeah, while the exact cause has not been confirmed, this can happen because someone has too much water and not enough sodium in their body, a rare condition called hyponatremia. This can prevent the body from getting the right balance of chemicals and nutrients in the right places, disrupting homeostasis or the body's ability to keep everything regulated, specifically the balance of water and salt or sodium.
Speaker 2That's how I hear that.
Speaker 4That's crazy. So this oddly enough, this is this bottle of water is 500 milliliters, so she drank four of these 20 minutes.
Speaker 2Well, I mean, I'm sorry to hear that that's fucking nuts to me. I've never been that dehydrated, but have you seen sexy reds feet?
Speaker 4They black. That ain't the only thing black. I didn't see her feet. Have you seen Since one of those artists that gives off like she look like she need a good scrub anyway. Yeah yeah, it's pretty bad. You know how some artists they just look? Post Malone he look like he could use a good scrub to me. Yeah yeah, every time I see him he just looks stinky.
Speaker 2They say he's like heavy on drugs. He lost a lot of weight recently.
Speaker 4Oh, wow.
Speaker 2But it's not true.
Speaker 4The last thing I've read about him. I think he has the Raisin Cane, raisin Cane's, the restaurant. He has some kind of meal or drink or something. Oh, okay. I think it's Raisin Cane, but no, I didn't read that. I didn't know who they were saying he was on drugs.
Speaker 2Yeah, that's the rumor, but he said he's not. He said he's not at all. But yeah, you know, stay away from water. You don't need to drink that much at one time.
Speaker 4Yeah. And also staying to read. You got to stay away what?
Speaker 2Stay away from training man. What's up?
Speaker 4with your boy.
Speaker 2Trinidad. Look at your boy fingers, man.
Speaker 4I saw this and I kept looking. First off, I was tickled in the comments because somebody said was that the only one that thought this was a piece of cake?
Speaker 2That is.
Speaker 4I thought it was like a piece of cake like you know, a cake that somebody has made. Look life like, life like. And then, when it started scrolling, they're all saying why his hands look so old.
Speaker 2This is the thing. Like this is the. This is what I have to compete with. Like when I was dating. This is what women are crying and sobbing their eyes out over over men like this With hands like that. It's amazing. Like when you finally and this is why men judge women On who they used to date Like this is the nigga that Yo Think of.
Speaker 4Hands look like that though.
Speaker 2Like you let this nigga touch you and you expect me to Bro, nah, man, nah. This can't be life. This is his fingers. Look like burnt hot dogs. This shit is fucking amazing to me. Like he exists. He's a real person and he's not. He's not an NPC, he's not a non playable character. He's, he's a real person. He looks like the way Harriet Tubman hands and face look.
Speaker 4His hands on his head.
Speaker 2Just pure slavery. That's what his hands just wow.
Speaker 4Let me ask you how do you and I say how do you feel? But like what are your thoughts on? Like the men in the nail polish, like we most recently saw Drake when his nails painted.
Speaker 2It don't bother me, I don't. I don't care about that stuff, I just care about if I'm running up behind, like if my, if my girl's ex was doing that shit, I would clown the shit out of her.
Speaker 3Like.
Speaker 2I don't care about it, like naturally, like when it's not pertaining to me, but when it starts when it's six degrees of separation, I'm like yo, this is what the fuck had you in the in the headlock. And then he's supporting sexy red at that, the girl with the black feet Nah, bro.
Speaker 4Would you paint your?
Speaker 1nails.
Speaker 2No, I have no intentions of doing that. I'm all for a free expression of self and all that good stuff, but I don't have. I mean, the most I get done is a manicure and they put the clear polish on it, Like I just got one done but I ain't got no clear polish on it. Right, but I'm not putting, I'm not getting designs and rhinestones on my shit and it's only because it's me. I'm built different. You know, I had how the kids say today I'm built different. You know. So for me, I, I can do it, I don't want to do it.
Speaker 4Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2But it's the same way with the mercies. I don't do that. I don't put a fanny pack across my chest. I don't. It's just not my thing. I got an old school wallet that I've had for eons and I will keep it, so that's it. I'm not putting on nail polish, but I don't knock anybody that does do it, but this nigga's fucking fingers.
Speaker 4Yeah, it's his fingers. It's not even a nail, it's his fingers are scary.
Speaker 2Godly boy.
Speaker 4My oldest Trinidad.
Speaker 2Jeepers, creepers, I don't know Jinkies, and I wouldn't have got away with it. It wasn't for the meddling kids, because them fucking fingers told a story Boy. I want to see what a palm reader does for his shit, because I know they tell old Negro spirituals. Them fucking fingers are fucked.
Speaker 4He's 35. God Shit.
Speaker 2This nigga may all go with everything. I still love that shit. It's just no way.
Speaker 4Come on, come on, bro, like what are his hands, his hands, done? Been through some things.
Speaker 2I'm just, I'm just so happy that he never touched any woman that I've been with like that Godly boy. I probably would threw up in my mouth like, oh, you was with that nigga, you was with him.
Speaker 4Was black Twitter going in on his hands? Oh no, I have no idea.
Speaker 2I just seen this shit on Instagram and I was like what the fuck? Look at his nigga's fingers. That shit looks disgusting man. And I wish they had the same color as the bottom of sexy red feet. That's the crazy part Like they match. Sexy red was one of three women that was outside all weekend.
Speaker 4So it was her. Sukiyana and some of Walker is totally back outside. After it was revealed that her and little meets broke up, the last thing we saw with him was someone have released a ring camera footage of him and a well endowed female. Well endowed, she had a big old butt. Oh, I was like whoa, what's happening right? Now Big old booty Now meets going to the other side. My bad Wrong phrase.
Speaker 4She had a big old butt and this fool, go release the video talk about so can help my cousin bring in groceries. You can't, that's all I'm saying. You can't. So yeah they are.
Speaker 2No longer together.
Speaker 4You know he's like what? 23 or so, but she definitely back outside. She was doing headstands in the strip club. She was twerking on a car. She came out as sexy red show was on the ground. Twerking I mean living her best life in the streets by herself.
Speaker 2I feel like when women do that, I feel I feel like I feel like. I feel like. I feel like I feel like I feel like I feel like I feel like I feel like I'm in the right place. When you're like, I don't feel like. I feel like I don't feel like I feel like I feel like. I feel like. I feel like I feel like I feel like I feel very sad. Like Like when a woman dies her hair red and when a woman just goes out and or their girlfriends are like come on, girl, let's go out and get you out this house. And like working On top of bars and cars and You're hurt, come on, add it into the body count, won't make it better. Like, at the end of the day, it would not make it better.
Speaker 4No, cause she you know the thing that they're saying about her nails like summer you got three kids, now already two baby daddies. She's like how old is she? Is she 30 yet?
Speaker 2Oh no, let me see Summer walkers. Age it doesn't matter, because she 27.
Speaker 427. So people were just saying like summer? First off you thought that this 23 year old man was gonna settle down. They would call it. They were like ma'am, sis, come on now. Why did you think that was gonna even happen? And then they were just saying, like she needs to like heal. They're like she just need to heal herself. She do, but she just keep getting with some dudes. That's just no good for her and she ends up having kids as a result of these situations. That won't don't work out for her.
Speaker 2So so she got a baby with London on her track.
Speaker 4Yep.
Speaker 2And a guy named Larry.
Speaker 4Yep Got set of twins with him.
Speaker 2Come on bro, look at. Have you seen Larry?
Speaker 4I have.
Speaker 2Come on bro.
Speaker 4She had his name tattooed on her as well.
Speaker 2That's the shit I be talking about. Like, come on man.
Speaker 4Speaking of tattoos, I wanna get a tattoo before the year's out.
Speaker 2What.
Speaker 4If I'll actually do it is another thing, but I would like to get a tattoo.
Speaker 2Of what?
Speaker 4Me, my mom and Nia want matching tattoos on our wrist. Okay, I'm scared, though, so we'll see if it happens.
Speaker 2You scared.
Speaker 4My mom even wants one. She's like, come on, let's just go do it and get it out the way. Like really my you, you say that.
Speaker 2Not too scared Come on.
Speaker 4I got a little pain, tolerance.
Speaker 2Get out of here. You got two kids. Look at this, nigga.
Speaker 4This nigga. He look like a bootleg. X, X, X and that's it.
Relationship Expectations and Pop Culture News
Speaker 2He got a fucking cool whip on top of his head On top of his head like what? Like someone? Walkers is a pretty woman. She is a very pretty woman.
Speaker 4She is.
Speaker 2But it just comes to a point in time where and it's the same way the way women judge men I mean, yeah, judge men on their exes or on the woman that they're cheating with, or anything like we gotta start holding women accountable, because that does, that's your word. We gotta stop saying money is, is it Like, cause it's not. Is there a lot of lame niggas with money? There are a lot of corny niggas with money. There are a lot of abusive niggas, abusive men, just in general, just men with money. And you can add any adjective that you want, it doesn't make them a good person. And this whole ideology of if you get you ever rather cry in a Bentley than a or a Mercedes than a Honda, it's just like ehh, you're still crying. You're still crying, no matter what car you're in.
Speaker 4You're still gonna have to. Yeah, it's just like.
Speaker 2I seen a video earlier today that I just don't think a lot of women really can subscribe to. The woman was saying something along the lines of you have to support your man, like just period, point blank. He shouldn't have to ask for anything, he shouldn't have to, you know, force, be forced or be not being forced, but be told to do certain things and return as well. So it's just like okay. The thinking is this women think stuff and think you should know what the fuck they want or what they need. Like you walk past the trash all the time. You supposed to pick it up and dot dot dot, but the way I look at it, you're standing in the kitchen as well.
Speaker 2So are we doing the gender role thing or are we? Do you want me Like? Because in that respect and I'm not even trying to get into the traditional because this I hate that fucking argument when women, women's rebuttal to like a traditional man or like men saying they want a traditional woman, is they can't build a house. Like what the fuck Like what did that? I've never known men. Like what did that? I've never known men to build houses.
Speaker 4That's so extreme.
Speaker 2Yeah, I've just never. I've never known men to build houses.
Speaker 4What? That's the way you go with it.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, since you want a traditional woman, can you build houses like ooh. What Do you do? You have a garden. Like, what the fuck are you talking about? Like you don't even do the shit that you're talking about. Anyway, like are we going to the traditional roles, or you know what I'm saying? Like we can't read your mind.
Speaker 2Right that's true, and it's very difficult to do that or to be in a relationship like that, because we men are more vocal in that respect. We will say hey, I wanna have sex, I'm hungry, I'm sleepy, whereas women you kind of have to like look at them, you gotta read them. And then it's just like is she hungry? She's a little bit angry at me, but I didn't do anything today, so she has to be hungry or something like that, and we be way off?
Speaker 4Of course she's on her period.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, we be way the fuck off, but that's because we're guessing. Because y'all won't communicate, we'll say what's wrong. Y'all say nothing.
Speaker 4Nothing.
Speaker 2And now we gotta guess, now you gotta attitude.
Speaker 4Because you guessed it wrong.
Speaker 2Or we say some dumb shit like oh, you wanna suck my dick, like it's just like yo. Come on, man. Like you don't have an attitude, so give me some head. What's up, I wanna feel good in this moment. But that's what the woman was saying. Like when I make his meals, I meal prep for him. And she was like I don't live with him so I come to his house meal prep, cook.
Speaker 2I'm pretty sure she hump and do everything else and they're not married. She's not arguing wifely duties versus girlfriend duties, which I don't know what the fuck that is but she does these things and in return, when he comes home from work, from working a nine to five, he's like hey, is there anything you need me to do, anything that you want? Yada, yada. And that's their line of communication. And everybody in the comments was like yeah, go off, sis, go off. And I'm just like y'all bitches, don't do that shit, y'all do not. I've spent a whole decade of trying to date and women do not do that shit. No, you can say, oh, mr Royce, is all because of the women you pick. No, nigga, because these women are the same women that will jump in my inbox and was saying I will do these things verbatim and I'm just like, oh OK, well, I'll pick you then. And then it just turns out they just and then you get duped.
Speaker 2Yeah, they don't want to do it. I was lying. Guess what it's like. Oh shit, damn nigga wasted a whole year and a half of my life Like what the fuck? Yeah, so it's nuts, though. Go on, yeah, good old women Got enough.
Speaker 4This story is weird. I don't know if you saw this week. It was a story about a body that washed up in a barrel at Malibu, malibu Beach. Did you see that story?
Speaker 3No.
Speaker 4So it was a body that washed up on the shore in Malibu Beach, the the beachgoers someone open in and found it was the dead body in it that was identified as 32 year old Javante Murphy.
Speaker 4Well, the weird thing about that now is that law enforcement is investigating the connection between this body and Pop Smoke's murder. So what they're saying? The body of a man that was found sealed inside of a barrel on a beach may have a connection to Pop Smoke's murder. According to a report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner Corner, the body discovered inside a 55 gallon drum floating in the water at Malibu Lagoon State Beach in July has been identified as 32 year old Javante Murphy. Javante was found naked and sealed inside the barrel. He suffered a headshot wound and his cause of death is listed as a homicide. Law enforcement discovered that Javante is the brother of Jake Juan Murphy, one of the five people arrested in Pop Smoke's murder. Jake Juan was initially charged with attempted murder for Pop Smoke's death, but later clear Sources tell TMZ that the LA County Sheriff's Department is currently investigating the possibility that Javante's murder was in retaliation for Pop Smoke's murder.
Speaker 2Street justice, street justice.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 2That's what it sounds like.
Speaker 4So that's, I saw the story come across, but now they're saying that connection could be the retaliation, which is wow.
Speaker 2Well you got to stay out of the streets. They just said Beyonce was screaming, shouting out Lizzo, so I guess Lizzo's innocent.
Speaker 4She did. And her Vogue version of you Won't Break my Soul, where she starts shouting out all these women. And she did. She shouted out Lizzo.
Speaker 2Lizzo's innocent. Maybe the news ain't hit her yet, yeah, you know when you're out there doing your thing.
Speaker 4Your boy Ice JJ Fish out here driving Ubers.
Speaker 2Oh, that's dope. That's dope. I'm happy for him.
Speaker 4A fan was too hype when he got Ice JJ Fish as a Uber driver. He hit him with one of his throwback songs that is currently sitting at 88 million views on YouTube after the video went viral nine years ago.
Speaker 2That's hard. That's hard right there. I like that. That's how you do it, man. You got to show up for the people. When you got fans, you got to show up and show out for the people. Man, I'm here for it. Travis Scott just sold 485K for his album. Wow, that's amazing, because that hasn't happened in a long time. Yeah, first week Wow Long time.
Speaker 4That's impressive.
Speaker 2So they haven't seen numbers like that since fucking CDs. Hello, that's fucking nuts. Usually it's like 85K the first week, it's nothing.
Speaker 4That's amazing to sell that in 2023. Yeah, yeah, it's fucking nuts, have you seen it all the years? I'm sorry, go ahead.
Speaker 2Oh, I was about to ask you about pleasure P, did you?
Speaker 4Oh, go ahead, what pleasure P.
Speaker 2He said he found a used condom inside of a woman one time Wow, having sex with her.
Speaker 4I saw that how does? Okay, Okay, great.
Speaker 2You can go ahead, go ahead. I just thought that was just funny.
Speaker 4He just kept that in his mouth. What do we got to do with this different?
Speaker 2picture. I don't know, I don't know why this. What prompted him to?
Speaker 4How did you know what? Okay, so Ice Fist has been named. Billboards are in the hip hop rookie of the year, Ice Fist got out to her. He currently has four hot 100 top 10 hits. It's also now done collaborations with Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.
Speaker 2Yes, yes, yes, have you seen Barbie yet?
Speaker 4I have not.
Speaker 2Oh, wow.
Speaker 4I can keep asking to go see it, so I guess I got to take her to go see it.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's a horrible movie, but you should take her to go see it.
Speaker 4I heard it was good, but that it wasn't necessarily. You know, when you hear Barbie you think oh, barbie dolls, kid version, live version, real life version of the kid movie. Maybe I did hear it's not really a kid movie Like. It's not like bad, but it's not geared at all towards kids.
Speaker 2It's a terrible movie and I think it is for kids. I feel like it was written by kids. Yes, it's a horrible movie.
Speaker 2Oh, Barbie was horrible and I don't understand like people were in there crying and Barbie movie yeah it was like hugging their moms and stuff and I'm like none of that even touched it touched on it, but it didn't touch on it like that, like it's a horrible movie. It's a really bad movie Terrible acting, terrible plot, terrible writing. And I like kid movies, I like toys turn to movies. It is horrible, it is just a bad movie. Now, now, barbie too would be fire. Now that shit's going to be fire. When they do that, if they do it the way I think they should do it, that thing could be fire, fire.
Speaker 4Yeah, I haven't seen that yet.
Speaker 2Coila Ray is out here showing off her new tattoo.
Speaker 4I saw it.
Speaker 2Twerking, that thing is righteous. Hey, all booties matter.
Speaker 4All booties matter.
Speaker 2I like her little skinny booty. I like it when she be throwing that thing, that thing. Right now she be throwing, hey, I just imagine standing up behind it and just doing waka, waka, waka, waka. All on my meat, that thing righteous.
Speaker 1Oh gosh.
Speaker 2I fuck with it.
Speaker 4Yeah, I think that's yeah, let's get into some story time Story time.
Speaker 2Let's see, sweetie was walking out as a rain girl. She did that as a what? As a rain girl At a fight.
Speaker 4Oh yeah. Yo Gotti dropped a video that includes his boo, Angela Simmons.
Speaker 2Oh, that's so sweet.
Speaker 4As the leading lady.
Speaker 2Nice, nice.
Speaker 4Yeah, it's called 1 AM. It's a track. I want to say Okay. Yeah.
Speaker 2The California court says it will not dismiss the false advertisement lawsuits against the hot sauce maker brand Texas Pete. A Los Angeles man bought this hot sauce in a suit in Texas Pete for false advertisement because it actually made. It was actually made in South Carolina. I got to start paying attention to shit, bro, yeah.
Speaker 4I'm not mad because I was about to say, like yo, we need to start, start to sew it.
Speaker 2I'm gonna start sewing my fuckers.
Speaker 4Taco Bell has a $5 million class action lawsuit for false advertisement and skipping. There's a man that filed a lawsuit in Brooklyn. He said that in September 2022, he purchased a Mexican pizza for $5.49 in New York City, though he noticed that something wasn't right. He believed that the Mexican pizza had significantly less meat than advertised.
Speaker 2So I wonder, do you have to like take pictures of this stuff and then like I wonder, man, I would think so. I just I'm just not that petty, Like I really don't give a fuck you know what I'm saying Like I charge it up to terrible customer service or they're having a bad day, yeah, like I just never. I mean, I know you can sue anybody over anything, but geez Louise boy Texas Pete, it's not made in Texas.
Speaker 4Oh, no, Um. He said the Mexican pizza he purchased only contained half of the amount of beans and beef advertised online and in store of the popular Taco Bell. Items such as Crunchwrap, Supreme, Supreme Grande Crunchwrap and veggie Mexican pizza have also overstated the amount of filling and advertisements by at least double the amount. Oh, photos of the advertised products in the lawsuit alongside the brand in brand in what did the Taco Bell photos? Okay, you ready for this? Yeah, all right, this is what they advertise as the Crunchwrap Supreme.
Speaker 2Yeah, okay. He got some other stuff.
Speaker 4You ready to see what his Crunchwrap look like? Brandon Woo.
Speaker 2That's a case of Dilla hey, one time for the one time. So it's happening to sunshine, all right.
Speaker 4So I'm going to show you how to handle this situation. I think this is a good one. I would love to see how you will handle this situation, especially because, you've been in your, your zen.
Managing Negative Energy in Friendships
Speaker 4Life is good, everything's great. So here we go. Hi, how do I politely tell my friend her constant my life sucks. Negativity is bringing me down with her. I'm not going to tell her anything. I'm going to tell her what happens to her or in her life, down to the my cat just pissed all over my bed again, which she complains to me about every single time it happens. I just don't want to be her diary. Any positive things I try to share with her and advice. She has an excuse for why it won't work and doesn't matter. She's not going to tell me any of her problems.
Speaker 4If there was at least some kind of positivity mixed in there, I could handle it more. Probably, lol. But I'm not exaggerating when I say there's literally not. She's the type of person that is really draining to be around. She'll literally talk to you as you literally have to leave and you're kind of just forced to walk away at some point. I don't know if I can handle the over sharing anymore. What I've been doing lately is ignoring the time she over shares and ask her something unrelated. She kind of just shares about something else that happened, that was bad. Lol, I don't know what to do at this point. So how would you handle? What would be your approach?
Speaker 3So friend.
Speaker 4That's your friend that is constantly coming to you, and they have no positive situations happening in their life.
Speaker 2So I'm you know I'm a firm believer in words. Have power. Words are spells, words are just and all to be. All People love to say. They call them different things, they call them blessings, they call them prayers, they call them words of affirmation, and I just feel like a person who is continuously negative is just someone that chooses to sit or live in that space. It's a piece of real estate that I think a lot of people buy. They invest in it's. It's just, you buy a piece of bullshit land and you just build your house on it. Yeah, I stay here, and you expect other people to be with you, because misery loves company.
Speaker 2I don't know what she should do per se, because there's a lot of trauma bonding going on these days and a lot of people build friendships, build relationships, off of being in the same boat. Like, oh, that happened to me too, so let's be friends. Like let's do this, and it's just weird. It's like that's the basis of, that's the foundation of y'all's friendship. So you have to go back and think about it, because this isn't the first day that she started this. She's clearly been this way and you remain her friend throughout this duration, but the only reason why it's a problem now is because you actually identify it. You just like, oh, it's affecting my life, so now it's a problem Like come on, man, it's like you can't.
Speaker 2You can't do that to people. But on the flip side, people shouldn't do that to you either. But that's where you set up boundaries and a lot of people don't set up boundaries. People don't Say hey, I don't have the bandwidth for that today. People don't say or or ever. Like I'm just not on that, like people just don't do that. They, they Much rather just have their friend vent to them and now they feel like shit. Because energy is transferable, so it's never destroyed. But it's not created nor destroyed, it's just transferred. So her negative energy is going into her, into her friend, and then it's going to go into someone else and it's going to. It's a constant thing, which is why it's so important for you to mind what you say Is important to mind how you say things and how you think about things, because it's not just how you verbally, because this is the thing that be killing me about people like I want to manifest positive energy and good vibes, but if you're still thinking it, so what? What fucking difference?
Speaker 4does it make right?
Speaker 2Right, at the end of the day, you don't even believe the shit that you saying. So what's the point? Who are you fooling? Like, hey, you're not fooling me because I don't give two shits about it. So at the end of the day, it's just is you have to be mindful of the words that you say, right, and be mindful of the life that you're living. And you can call it blessings, you can call it Manifestations, you can call it the way of the world and energies, and then the universe and the stars, and you can call it whatever the fuck you want. But at the end of the day, it still comes back down to you and what you decide to deal with and what you decide to put up with.
Speaker 2Because if you sit up there and be like, oh, I don't, I don't have any friends, or I don't have, I don't have, I don't know, I don't have any fun, I don't have, whatever the case may be, whatever you keep putting out there, that's what you're going to get back right so apparently because I told a friend this earlier this week like she was having like dating woes and she's just like I don't know why I keep attracting the same man data, data, data and I'm like it's because you are a mirror, so what you're attracting is what you were putting out, that's what they're.
Speaker 4You're the fire, so they're you're attracting yourself and you gotta reevaluate yourself now and your ex is the same as this nigga, so it's like they just look different.
Speaker 2That's all that it is. So you can't be up here like playing reindeer games and trying to trick me. It's your life. This nigga is doing the same thing that the ex nigga was doing, so it's you. You're the common denominator.
Speaker 4Right, I think a lot of time. That's hard to hear. Yeah, for sure it is me. I can't be saying this. These dudes now like it's me because I'm attracting the same one.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 4Got to be the common denominator.
Speaker 2Yeah, the same with with the friend. It's in anything, it's in anything. When you look at life on a bigger scope, you can look at it from the small scope or a big scope you are the common denominator. That's the rules and math. The common denominator is you. So, whatever now outside of like some random shit happening to you, like just completely and utter randomness, which is very few and far between, it's you. It's you. It's you attracting the negativity, it's you.
Speaker 2Now, you may not think about it, you may not like you getting a flat tire, okay, you know that just, but it's still you, because you weren't paying attention. You weren't paying attention to your tires, you weren't paying attention driving through the construction zone, you weren't paying attention to the road, like you just weren't paying attention. You hit the pothole. Should the power be there? No, but you still hit it. You know what I'm saying. So, it's still you. But people love to blame everyone up. But people aren't that self aware either, right, they're just not that. They can't be like, oh, it's my fault, it's my doing, like, no, they don't do that, it's, the county needs to improve the roads. I mean, yes, true, but at the same time, you need to pay attention while you're driving.
Speaker 2In the meantime, even greater than that. Who's your fucking county representative? You can't even tell me that. So don't talk to me about the fucking county. You need to improve roads. Like you can't even tell me who's who. So it's just like come on, man, people, just it's a lot of reindeer games going on out here. Yes, it's definitely a lack of self awareness, because people just don't have that and yeah, I know you get spicy about it, it's just a lack of it and people just don't play like they don't play right, they don't play the game because it's not, it's not weighed in their favor. So if you have a friend that's just like negative, all the time that friend has been negative, you're just now paying attention.
Speaker 4You're just now annoyed and over it, yeah.
Speaker 2And that's not fair to the friend, because you've been there.
Cheating, Open Relationships, and Gender Differences
Speaker 4It was cool last month, yeah, two months ago. Now I can't talk to you because you over it.
Speaker 2Exactly, exactly. So again, there's two things Be mindful of what you say, how you say it and when you say it, because those things come back to you Tenfold, tenfold. I'm a firm believer in that. And be mindful of how you think of things too, because my pops always say change your mind, change your life. So if you don't change your mind and you're still going through the same shit, then you're missing something. Yes, trauma bonding, it's hella annoying.
Speaker 4Now you're annoying.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's just weird. You can't do that. You can't be like oh that's my girl and we was. You know, we was like on some fuck nigga shit the other day and now you know, I got a man now. So now I'm irritated by you, like you can't do that. Shit, man. You can't be treating people wrong like that and it's just weird. But yeah, change your mind, change your life, change how you talk and verbalize things and shit will be all good. You will attract what you want. But a lot of people don't want to do that. It's a lot of work and it's so much easier to just trauma bond. I've been there too. Yeah, fuck, yeah, we're all in the same boat and we fuck niggas. I said fuck niggas, they're trash until you get one, and then it's like I really love them.
Speaker 4You know I just, it's not his trash. He's not like the other F boys.
Speaker 2Getting all offended. Don't talk about my nigga. It's like wait a minute. You was just on this team, like right.
Speaker 4Like niggas get traded.
Speaker 2I get it Relax. Yeah, that's exactly it. They skip off into La La Land and it's just, it's so unrealistic and it's. But that's how a lot of friendships, a lot of relationships, a lot of jobs they end that way due to lack of self-awareness.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 2Like when you get, when people get cheated on is and I'm never condoning cheating, but there is something. There was a telltale sign beforehand. Like you, like this person was either a bad person or this person was exhibiting a certain behavior that would lead to the cheating.
Speaker 4You just ignored it.
Speaker 2Exactly so. It's not like it's just, oh, all of a sudden, they, they, no, they were there. The signs were there. You ignored the red flags. It's okay. It's okay, you know. It's okay. You weren't sucking dick Cause. Now you gotta live with this. You gotta live with it. You can't be mad. Did you see the lady that came out with her stipulations for her mate cheating on her?
Speaker 4No.
Speaker 2Yeah she, she came out. She was like, now that you didn't cheat it, this relationship is officially an open relationship. I was like, oh shit, that's some shit you got to deal with, cause. She was like, yeah, you got to is, don't ask me shit, don't ask me who I'm fucking Don't, we're going to stay together, we're going to raise our kid, but this relationship is open. So how do you feel about that?
Speaker 4I mean that's a lot. I kind of get why she did that, like, oh, you want to do that? Okay, now boom, but that that's a lot. That's too. That's that's either be together and figure it out or just go in separate ways. But like this whole, now we an open relationship. That's too much.
Speaker 2But I mean technically, that's what you in.
Speaker 4Right, you right, though, like it makes sense logically when you think about it. It does. It makes logical sense Like, okay, you cheat now. Now we all go cheat, yeah, but it still doesn't mean it ain't like whoo.
Speaker 2Hey, as long as you move out the house, I think I'll be all right. I can't, you can't be up in the same spot. I can't do that. Coming home is like hey, oh, and I can't ask no questions. Wait a minute now. I can't not come at home listening to that Like what, what, that would crush me. No, thank you.
Speaker 4That's crazy.
Speaker 2That's crazy, but yeah, that that's just wild. I just I'm with her, though. I'm with her 100%. I think that that's the way it should have gone.
Speaker 4Right.
Speaker 2Because I was thinking about this the other day and then we're going to get up out of here. I was thinking about this like women are better at cheating because of lack of ego. I think it's the ego that gets men in trouble. It's like I can do whatever the fuck I want. I can. I can, you know, I'm the man, like she want me type deal, whereas a woman, she don't want to mess up the shit that you got going, just so long as you don't lie. If you lie, then I feel like that's when women get on a shit and be like I'm going to tell everybody. It's kind of hard, I didn't really think it through, but that's why I'm at it.
Speaker 2Men have this ego.
Speaker 2When they cheat, it's like, okay, I don't want to mess it up, but it's like I'm fucking your girl type deal. Like men are so eager to let somebody, to let other people know that they are fucking your girl, whereas women, they don't have that ego, most of them don't have that ego and they're okay with being the side chick. The issue is when you come up with these lies, like when you tell her I don't have a girl, or when you tell her I'm not married and you're taking her on trips and you're taking her doing it, and then you're just like, ah, you know, I really am married. Like Ah, I can't come see you this weekend because I've been lying this whole time. But that, and that's what her main argument is. I know I'm about to hurt feelings, I know, because that's how I go, that's how I go, but that's how I go, like it's weird. Okay, if you're in a fucked up situation like cheating is fucked up already I get that. But if you're already in the fucked up situation, why are you lying even more?
Speaker 4Right.
Speaker 2That's to the person that you want to shut the fuck up. Like I need you to not say shit. I know this situation is fucked up, I get it. You can't lie to that person. They got the key code, they got the button. They can George Bush the button. It's a fucking rat. But niggas don't get that shit. Niggas will sit up here and play like they stupid and be like oh do, do, do, do, do, I'm winning. I got two. I got two. Like come on, bro, just tell one, just shut the fuck up. Just tell the truth and shut the fuck up. Is it Right? And none of you can live a happy life. You know how.
Being a Decent Human Being
Speaker 2There's a lot of side women out here who are satisfied inside men satisfied. They don't want to fuck up your situation Because that means your ass gonna be over here and my in my fate. I don't even like you like that, like you got good head. That's all I want. My girl don't suck my dick, that's it. And there's people out here that's down for that, for real. There's people out here, that's down. So I never. My whole thing with cheating is if you're going to cheat, it's just like yo. Do it to the point, do it so well that I don't feel anything. I don't get that little gut feeling and just like, oh, something is wrong. I don't want that Like just oh god.
Speaker 2But I know people like I don't want to. I just know Lady on the Couch has she's been through some stuff when I'm just like niggas is dumb and I'm happy niggas is dumb.
Speaker 4Yeah, because that's. Yeah, thank you, that's it.
Speaker 2That's what I mean. Like thank you, niggas. Is dumb. Like come on bro, come on, fucking bitch. Anyway, I went on a whole tangent. That shit just had me a little bit high. Hey man. Thank y'all for tuning in once again for the no Shages Ponchoes podcast. I'm gonna put out a best of episode as well, just because Just feel like we've had a good year, so we're gonna put that out, other than that we should add some best of clips you're gonna put together.

Other than that, man, y'all just be positive. Man, y'all just change your mind, change your life, call your loved ones, call your friends, comment on certain things, be honest, be open. I know it sounds wild to say, but you know, at the bare minimum at least, be a decent human being, just be, even in the most fucked up situations, be a decent human being, like, even no matter how mad you get at your spouse. Be decent, that's it. That's all people are asking for. It's just to be decent.
Speaker 1Nobody's asking you to be perfect.
Speaker 2Just be decent. I pissed you off, I'm sorry. Don't cut off the head giving. Don't cut off the vagina giving. Don't cut off the food. Don't cut off. Don't cut shit off. Just be decent, that's it. Because niggas gotta eat, niggas be hungry. Don't cut the shit off. You know what I'm saying? Invite versa for the women, like fellas. Don't cut the money, don't cut whatever it is that you provide to your lady. Don't cut off the shoulder to cry on. Don't cut off the cutting of the grass and taking her car to get her oil change or doing the oil. Don't cut these shits off simply because she pissed you off. This shit is stupid, dumb and side chicks and men. Don't be dumb, that's it. This. Don't be stupid, because when you blow the spot up, then what? What does that do? What are we getting here? You're not getting a reality TV show. Nobody gives a fuck.
Speaker 4So why Don't Don't care?
